Brand Sentiment
Named is not the same as recommended.
GeoShark reads every AI answer that mentions your brand, scores how favourably it reads on one scale for everyone, and shows the sentence each score came from.

In one line
Brand sentiment analysis measures how favourably AI answers describe a brand — scored the same way for every competitor, so the number has something to be measured against.
How it works
It scores every mention
Each answer that names the brand is read for tone, 0–100 with 50 neutral, and so is each competitor named alongside it.
It keeps the sentence
Every score carries the verbatim line it came from, attributed to the engine that wrote it.
It checks the claims
What the answers assert about the brand is compared against the brand's own published pages.
What you get
- A net sentiment score, folded onto −100…+100
- Your tone against every tracked competitor, ranked
- A per-engine breakdown — which surface reads worst
- The favourable and unfavourable sentences, word for word
- A fact-accuracy rate: claims that match your pages
- The contradicted claims, with the page that disproves them
Brand sentiment, answered
How is sentiment scored?
Each answer that names the brand is read for tone on a 0–100 scale where 50 is neutral, then the mention scores are averaged and folded onto −100…+100 so the sign carries the finding. Every competitor is scored by the same method over the same answers — the comparison is the point, so the method being identical matters more than it being subtle.
Why does it show the sentence, not just the number?
A sentiment score is a reading of language, and an agency that cannot produce the sentence behind it cannot defend it to a client. Every score links to the verbatim line and the engine that wrote it, so "sentiment fell four points" comes with the answer that moved it.
What is the fact-accuracy check?
The answers make factual claims about your brand — a returns window, a founding date, a feature. GeoShark compares each against your own published pages and flags the ones that are unsupported or contradicted. A wrong claim repeated across engines is usually a page of yours that is missing or out of date.
Do I need access to the client's site?
No. Sentiment is read from the public AI answers, and the claim check reads the client's public pages. You can run it on a brand you have not signed.
